NUTRIENTS / PHYS. MEANS / RELAX: For each hour of each day select (through the drop-down list of each cell): the nutrients, the physical means or the relax action (PSYCHOLOGY) to do. Use the previous post info to help you decide.
MY NOTES: Here you can write your own specifications to follow with each nutrients, physical means or relax action. For example, nutrients: indicates the recipe or way in which you consume them; physical means: write the components you will use; relax: indicates the guided meditation audio you are listening to. For everything you can include the start and end date, as well as breaks. Put here anything that will help you define and carry out your plan.
MY WEEKLY FOLLOW-UP: This and the next part form the follow-up section. Consist in a 6 week follow-up so there are 6 blank squares where you’ll insert a photograph of the area of your body that you’ll be working, beginning with a photograph of the starting day and then you must insert a photograph by the end of every week. Enter the date of each photo at the top of the blank square. The photograph should always be of a representative part of the area that will be under therapy.
MY WEIGHT (lb or kg): This completes the follow-up section. The weight should be monitored. The goal is to keep it under control or at optimum levels. Here you will enter your weight weekly (pounds or kilograms): initiating with the weight of the starting day and the weight at the end of each of the 6 weeks. A simple formula helps with this task by calculating the variation between each week.
